Then we identify KPI’s that are constantly measured and analyzed in real time. We then benchmark against a control group of established industry norms, standards and guidelines (aka “best practices”) to minimize churn and keep associates motivated and engaged. This enables us to ramp up and scale to maximum potential through proven execution and sales protocols with little to no friction or noise in the system.
