Rocky Longworth – EVP, Chief Strategy Officer

 

A Navy brat from Virginia Beach, VA, Rocky grew up on the eastern seaboard. His given name, Percival L. Longworth III has passed through five generations. His mother had a penchant for heavyweight champion Rocky Marciano, a nickname that has stuck with Percival since birth.

 

Rocky is our executive vice president and chief strategy officer. He is an award-winning strategic planner with more than 25 years of partnerships with global brand and shopper marketing leaders, including Bernstein-Rein, Saatchi & Saatchi X, and The Integer Group to name a few. His work has been recognized by Procter and Gamble, Kellogg, Walmart, MillerCoors, Frito Lay, and Nissan for its ability to inspire creative excellence and drive untethered growth.

 

Gaining early career success in direct sales and field operations, Rocky pushed his journey to earn a degree into his 30s. Settling at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida, in the mid 1980s to pursue a Bachelors in Business Administration. Rocky has his undergrad in applied psychology and is working on his masters in social psychology at Walden University; he expects to graduate with his Masters in the summer of 2016.
