Carmen Feinberg – Chief Operating Officer


Carmen Marston Feinberg is our Chief Operating Officer, joining the key leadership team to provide overall direction and guidance to BrandStar’s operational activities, including formulation and development of corporate policies. On a daily basis, she provides her expertise in strategic business insight and activation along with BrandStar’s divisional leaders.


Feinberg brings more than 20 years of expertise to her role in Executive operational leadership in the management of corporate and business initiatives within the Marketing and Advertising arena. Motivated by success, along with a passion and laser focus to entwine her experience in Human Resources, Operations, Advertising, Marketing, and Communication to build business, Carmen helps people achieve their goals and creates win-win-win solutions for employees, companies and brands.


Prior to joining BrandStar, Carmen built success for 15 years at the full-service award-winning Zimmerman Advertising as Executive Vice President, Human Resources, creating and implementing all human resource strategies, policies, procedures, talent recruitment and management as well as organizational and performance development. During her tenure, Zimmerman grew from 250 employees to a multi-billion dollar company with 1000+ employees.


Carmen began her career at Whole Foods Market/Unicorn Village where she was the Human Resources Director, then spent five years at Aquagenix, an Environmental Services company as Director of Human Resources.


She earned a Bachelor of Science (partial Masters) in Communications & Human Resource Development from Florida International University and also completed the Omnicom University Senior Management Graduate Program in Organizational Leadership from Babson College.


Married for 20 years with a 16 year-old daughter, Kaitlin and an eight year-old son, Max, Carmen says “When I’m not working or with my family, I’m riding my bicycle.  I’ve been a road cyclist for almost a decade and I love the sport and the people. It’s a team sport, and an adventure each time. I even love the risk involved.”
